Qualifications for Central Reserve Police Force CAPF 2019
Any bachelor degree from any recognised university of India Age Limit for the CAPF. The candidates age should be between the 20 to 25 years as on 31st August.The maximum age relaxation for the OBC candidates is 3 years. There are three steps involved in the Selection Process of Central Armed Police Forces CAPF 2019. Those are 1. Written test 2. Physical and medical standards test, Physical efficiency test.3. Interview and Personality test.First there is written test.Those who are qualified in written test, they have to attend Physical and medical standards test, Physical efficiency test.Final result will be declared based on the marks gained in written test ans interview.
The medium of question paper will be English and Hindi.The candidates can choose question paper either English or Hindi.In paper - I There are 125 multiple choice questions. Each question has 2 marks.Total 250 marks. There is a negative
marks.Civils prelims type of questions are coming in paper-I.The questions will be covered from science,national, International important current affairs, Economy, geography environment, polity,history,cultural,important persons.13% of questions will come from army regiments, paramilitary forces,types of helicopters,missiles,officers ranks,air crafts.20 questions from aptitude test.To gain good marks ins this Central Armed Police Force the candidates should study 6th to 10th class books.
The syllabus of Paper - II is general studies, Essay, precis writing and comprehension. There are 200 marks in paper - II. Duration is 3 hours.To success in this papers, the candidates should have good knowledge in English.The candidates are advised to practice the last 10 years question papers.
After success in written test and physical test there will be personal interview.In the Interview board there are four members. They asks the candidates about their personal profile, current affairs,general aptitude, naxalism, terrorism. one year training will be given to the selected candidates.
The candidates will be posted Group - I Gazetted posts as assistant commandants, deputy commandants, second incharges,
commondants, deputy inspector of general, additional director general,special director general, director general After completion of training.Central Armed Police Forces CAPF training centre is located in Hyderabad.
