Qualifications for  Combined Medical Service Examination CMSE

To this  Combined Medical Service Examination CMSE the candidates should complete  MBBS written and practical  examinations. The MBBS final year MBBS students also may for
this Combined Medical Service Examination CMSE.The  students who are in compulsory rotating internship may apply to the  CMSE. But they received appointment order only completion of their  internship.The age limit for this Combined Medical Service Examination CMSE is below 32 years as on August 31.For SC,ST candidates there will be five years age limit exemption.For OBC 3 years, for PHC candidates 10 years examination will be given.

Selection process of Combined Medical Service Examination CMSE

                   There are two stages in Combined Medical Service Examination CMSE Part-I and Part-II 
                    The part-I is a computer based examination. In this computer based examination there two papers.Each paper has 250 marks. Total 500 marks.
                     Part-II is a personality test.This test has 100 marks.Those who are qualified in part-I computer based examination they may only write Part-II personality test.
                    In Part - 1, two papers have multiple choice questions.There is negative marks also.Each wrong answer will minus the 1/3 of a mark. Paper - I has 120 questions
( from General medicine 96 questions and Pediatrics 24 questions)
Paper - II has 120 questions
( From surger-40 questions,Gynocology and obstetrics 40 questions,
preventive and social medicine 40 questions)

Application fees - Rs - 200 There is no application fee for women,ST,SC and PHC candidates.
